i first liked Prestige’s waterproof eye pencils and they worked great during winter and fall but now that it’s summer, they melt and i end up with raccoon eyes by the end of the day! anyway, i tried urban’s zero pencil and so far i like it a LOT. it glides on smoothly (as it proclaims) and even after rubbing the inner and outer corner of my eyes (i yawn a lot and my eyes get very teary which is one of the reasons why i need a waterproof pencil!) several times – it still stayed on and did not smudge! i’m satisfied. even expensive brand names like lancome can’t cut it. believe me, i’ve tried many and so far urban is on the top of my list. Prestige is not bad…their black waterproof eyeliner is pretty good!
